Terms of Use

Last updated 2026-08-22

Plan My Haul helps travelers plan retail purchases in Korea and, soon, Japan. By using the service you agree to these terms.

Estimates, not guarantees

Prices, tax-refund conditions, carry-on and baggage guidance, and weights are reference estimates compiled from official sources and observations on the dates shown. They can be outdated or wrong, and rules change. Always confirm with the store, the airline, or the official authority before making decisions that matter — especially tax refunds and airport security.

Independent service

Plan My Haul is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any retailer, brand, airline, or government body referenced on this service. Product and brand names are used for identification only. Links to retailer sites are provided for convenience; their content and prices are theirs.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service — no attempts to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use share links to distribute unlawful content. Share links you create are public to anyone with the URL and expire after 180 days.

No warranty & liability

The service is provided as-is, free of charge, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on the information shown — including denied refunds, confiscated items, or excess-baggage fees.

Operator, changes & governing law

Plan My Haul is operated by Stepzu, an independent sole proprietor registered in the Republic of Korea. We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Contact: hello@stepzu.com.
